Custom and Print on Demand Items

Since all our products are made to order, we don’t hold inventory or resell returned items. This means we’re unable to offer returns or exchanges for reasons such as ordering the wrong size, change of mind, or color preferences. However, we understand that mistakes happen, and we’re committed to making things right in the event of any issues.

When Can I Request a Replacement?

If you received an item that is damage or defective, we’re happy to offer a replacement at no extra cost. Here’s how it works:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to us at tshirts@balouz.com within 3 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide Details: Please include your order number and photos of the item that clearly show the issue.
  3. We’ll Make it Right: Once we’ve reviewed your request, we’ll send you a replacement or provide a solution that works for you.

Size Guide

To avoid any sizing issues, please refer to our detailed size guide available on each product page. We also recommend checking our product descriptions and images for any specific fit notes.

Order Cancellations or Modifications

We understand that plans can change, and we’re here to help. You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet entered production. Once your order is in production, we can no longer cancel or modify it, except for shipping address changes. Please reach out to us promptly if you need assistance

Refunds

If a refund is approved due to a product issue, it will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
